Reflecting on lessons learned

So about 5 years ago, I was doing research on the origins of the Back To Africa Movement, as one does and I discovered something interesting. I Googled something like “Marcus Garvey predecessors” or something like that and several names came up, one that caught my eye, Paul Cuffe.
And it reminded me of a book report that I wrote back in 5th grade (or something like that). I was at Harford Heights Elementary School for 4th and 5th Grade and 6th at Roland Park Middle. I wonder 1) what I wrote about the book I read, or what grade I got on the book report (I assume I got a good grade).
I’m also curious how 10-year-old Marc first learned about Paul Cuffe. I know it was my mother that found the book or already knew about him and shared the book/knowledge with me.
As you may already know, and have heard this, my father was an immigrant from Cabo Verde. Growing up I always knew that Africa was more than a concept, it was more than an idea; it was/is 54 countries, each with a distinct language and culture and food and traditions, etc…. And Cabo Verde is one of those countries.
So when I/We started thinking about moving/leaving the idea of where to go wasn’t really a discussion.
So at 51, I am still learning lessons from my parents. Which is a good thing.
Question: Who is this and where was this taken?
