DeGrace Planning International is a sole proprietorship that was established in 2017.  I am passionate about urban planning and development in developing countries.   I have worked in West African and traveled extensively in the developed world and the developing world.  I continue to learn about the critical importance of cities in all our societies.

Worldwide, cities are facing more challenges.  From rapid urbanization to climate change and natural and manmade disasters, cities need help in navigating these and many other challenges.  I believe that in the United States, we have been asking the question of what will our cities be live in 20-40 years, we haven’t come up with all of the answers, but we are talking.  I think most developing countries haven’t started asking the important questions.

I enjoy working with locals from around the world and helping them define the future for their cities.
